PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

As a general rule, any order placed on the Felizz site is dispatched within 24/48 working hours (delays can be extended in season), except in exceptional cases (period of high orders, cases of force majeure, etc.). We do our best to deliver to you within the requested time, but you cannot claim any compensation whatsoever in the event of late delivery.

DELIVERY :

We ship the products via several professional carriers that we choose according to the weight, the number of packages and the final destination. The delivery time for these professional carriers is 48 working hours in metropolitan France (delays can be extended in season). In the event of a request for express shipping (Chronopost), additional shipping costs will be required.
