RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt to return an item without proof, in accordance with article 221.18 of the Consumer Code.
To issue a return, you must contact us by telephone, on 04 42 86 46 39 or by e-mail, at email@example.com. Then, you can send your return package, along with a copy of your invoice, to the following address:

Return costs are your responsibility. However, in the event of defective, spoiled, damaged products or products that do not correspond to your order, we undertake to cover the return costs as well as to reimburse you or to exchange the products concerned.
To do this, simply contact us by telephone on 04 42 86 46 39 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return can be made with the carrier of our choice or with Mondial Relay (parcel to be deposited in this case in the Relay point that you will be offered).
PACKAGING OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
You must package the returned products so that they do not deteriorate during their return.
You can use our original package if it is in good condition or repack the goods in a good package, well taped.
In the event that the packaging is not good and the goods are lost, damaged or broken during the return transport, we could invoice you for these goods.
